NJVC announced three promotions to the leadership team with Patrick O’Neil as senior vice president, operations, Susan Hall as chief technology officer (CTO), and Robert Jeffrey ‘Jeff’ Bongianino as vice president, business development. As senior vice president, operations, Patrick O’Neil is responsible for all day-to-day company operations, including leadership of all customer-facing programs, technology solutions and corporate capabilities, research and development, and the associated human capital. Mr. O’Neil ensures that NJVC program execution and technology solutions evolve in support of current customer needs. Mr. O’Neil assumes the role in conjunction with his current role as program manager of the Information Technology/Information Services (IT/IS) Program with NJVC’s anchor Intelligence Community customer, overseeing nearly 1,000 personnel and an annual budget of more than $350 million. As CTO, Sue Hall, Ph.D., is responsible for developing the company’s service offerings and technology roadmap. Dr. Hall also oversees research and development at NJVC’s Center for Technology Integration (CTI) and the operations of the office of the chief information officer and corporate IT, as well as driving technical architecture by managing NJVC’s chief architect and chief engineer. A seven-year veteran of NJVC, Dr. Hall previously served as senior vice president, corporate strategy and development, overseeing NJVC partnership engagement, security, audit, legal and merger and acquisition functions. As vice president, business development, Jeff Bongianino is responsible for all aspects of the business development and sales activities of the company, including developing strategic partnerships with key industry players, growing service offerings, creating and executing business strategies, and new business capture. Mr. Bongianino previously served as general manager, IT services, developing a compelling and competitive IT services offering strategy for the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies and commercial markets.

NJVC opened a new office in the Cambridge Innovation Center in the Cortex innovation district. The office at CIC St. Louis will house several NJVC software services professionals and help support government customers looking to bring commercial practices into the defense and intelligence communities. The office is the fourth St. Louis-area location for NJVC, which also has its regional headquarters at 1010 Market St. in downtown St. Louis, as well as offices in Arnold and its Center for Technology Integration in O'Fallon, Illinois.
NJVC Hires George Kantsios as Vice President, Capture Management

NJVC has announced the hire of George Kantsios as vice president, capture management. As the head of the company's capture management team, Kantsios will be responsible for overseeing all the company's federal pursuits, as well as sales of its Servicefront™ customer service platform. Kantsios returns to NJVC after a successful tenure as a solutions architect with the company in 2013, where he provided technical oversight and created strategic roadmaps for several of the company's most complex projects. Kantsios joins NJVC from American Systems, where he served as vice president of capture management leading strategic pursuits, increasing corporate probability of win and growing capture expertise and quality by leveraging business winning teams. Previously, Kantsios was a long-term employee of BAE Systems. Most recently, he served as chief engineering for BAE SYSTEMS. He also was senior director, advanced programs, responsible for planning and managing investments for technologies such as mobile, cyber and enterprise application solutions. Earlier, Kantsios held senior engineering and leadership positions with MITRE, Hewlett-Packard, Northrop Grumman Corporation and SAIC.
