Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C. and Tri-Artisan Capital Partners, LLC are in the early stages of considering a sale of TGI Friday's Inc.'s British arm. Sentinel Capital and TriArtisan Partners are looking to offload TGI in Britain where it has more than 60 restaurants. It is believed that Sentinel Capital and TriArtisan have held a beauty parade of banks to lead a potential sale and are likely to appoint advisers in the coming weeks.

Tri-Artisan Capital Partners, LLC partnered with Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C. to bid for T.G.I. Friday's Inc. TriArtisan is in advanced talks to acquire T.G.I. from Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Inc., people familiar with the matter said. TriArtisan has been emerged as the lead bidder in the auction for TGI Fridays and is negotiating final terms of a purchase agreement, the people said. People familiar with the deal said T.G.I. is valued between $800 million to $900 million. TriArtisan, Sentinel and TGI did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
