Brown currently works as an Independent Consultant, offering expertise to corporations, business units and individuals. In addition, she serves as an Advisor on the Board of Advisors for Caron Engineering, Inc. Previously, Brown was Head of Intermediary Distribution for Columbia Management in Boston. OppenheimerFunds Hires James White as Head of Diversity & Inclusion
