Siemens Ltd. China announced earnings results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company's revenue is 8% higher at €18.8 billion. Net income at €1.4 billion. Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to €1.65, up from €1.62 a year ago. For the fiscal year 2015, the company expects revenue on an organic basis to remain flat year-over-year, the gains from divestments will enable to increase basic EPS from net income by at least 15% from €6.37 in fiscal 2014, profit margin of 10% to 11%.

Siemens Ltd., China Announces Executive Changes, Effective July 1, 2015

Starting from July 1, 2015, Yu Ying will take office as Vice President and Director of Communications of Siemens Ltd., China, succeeding Kenneth Hsu who will retire from the post. Meanwhile, Duan Wei will serve as Deputy Director of Communications and also perform the duties of Spokesperson for Siemens in China. Yu Ying joined Siemens in 2001 and has served as general manager in multiple functions including business excellence, marketing communications and business units. She has plentiful business management experience and deep understanding of industry customers. Duan Wei joined Siemens in 2008 and has been heading press communications, internal and external communications, as well as digital communications.
