Siemens Ltd. China announced earnings results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company's revenue is 8% higher at €18.8 billion. Net income at €1.4 billion. Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to €1.65, up from €1.62 a year ago.
For the fiscal year 2015, the company expects revenue on an organic basis to remain flat year-over-year, the gains from divestments will enable to increase basic EPS from net income by at least 15% from €6.37 in fiscal 2014, profit margin of 10% to 11%.

Starting from July 1, 2015, Yu Ying will take office as Vice President and Director of Communications of Siemens Ltd., China, succeeding Kenneth Hsu who will retire from the post.
