Philadelphia Eagles Announces Executive Changes

The Philadelphia Eagles announced a series of personnel moves in their scouting and football operations departments. Rick Mueller was named director of pro player personnel after spending the last two seasons as the team's player personnel executive. In his role, he coordinates all aspects of the pro scouting department, including preparation for the free agency signing period, advance scouting of upcoming opponents and evaluation of all players in the NFL and other professional football leagues. During his career, Mueller worked as a player personnel executive with the New Orleans Saints from 2000 to 2008 and was the vice president and general manager of all four teams in the UFL in 2009. Mike Bradway was named assistant director of college scouting after serving the last three years as a regional scout. In his new role, Bradway will work closely with director of college scouting Anthony Patch in preparation for the annual NFL draft as well as scouting top players from around the country. Mike began his career with the Eagles as a college scouting assistant from 2008 to 2009 before being named the team's college scouting coordinator in 2010. Jake Rosenberg was promoted from manager of football administration to director of football administration. Rosenberg, who is involved with player finance matters and salary-cap management, joined the Eagles in 2012. Dom DiSandro was promoted to vice president of team security after spending the last three years in the role of director of team security. DiSandro is responsible for coordinating all team security matters, serves as a liaison with local and federal law enforcement agencies and works closely with all facets of football operations. He served as the Eagles assistant director of team security from 2010 to 2011. DiSandro joined the Eagles in 1999.
