National Constitution Center Launches New Digital Way of Teaching

The National Constitution Center launched an educational revolution. A new, digital way of teaching the founding document on the 228th anniversary of its signing in Philadelphia. The center worked with the college board the nonprofit organization that administers the SAT and advanced placement courses in high schools to develop an online interactive constitution, allowing students to explore the history of amendments as well as the contemporary debates about constitutional issues. The College Board did not participate in the development of the project, but is working to make it widely available.
National Constitution Center Announces Executive Changes

The National Constitution Center announced that Mike George has been elected chairman of the National Constitution Center's Corporate Council. His term will begin on September 1, 2015. George has been a member of the National Constitution Center's Corporate Council for six years. He will succeed William R. Sasso, chairman of Stradley Ronon, who has led the Center's Corporate Council since March 2010. Mike George is president and CEO of QVC Inc.
