KYOCERA Launches Five New Color and Five New Monochrome A3 Devices

KYOCERA Document Solutions has launched five new color and five new monochrome A3 multifunctional devices that fit Kyocera's managed document services, or MDS, approach. When it comes to document management, money is wasted in several areas: printing is outsourced due to the limited capabilities of in-house printers and MFPs; toner supply is haphazard and inefficient due to not being managed properly; and many separate single-function devices are used inefficiently due to document workflows not having been optimised. Wasteful procedures such as these often pose a heavy burden on a company's finances. Kyocera's MDS, including the company's new TASKalfa series, will solve these common business issues. With output speeds ranging from 25 ppm up to 60 ppm, Kyocera's new TASKalfa 6052ci series offers superb colour quality due to their newly developed toner with a wider colour gamut and their 1,200 x 1,200 dpi print resolution, which is offered at full engine speed.

KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. Announces Launch of Three TASKalfa A4 MFP Devices

KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. announced the launch of three enhanced TASKalfa A4 MFP devices, the TASKalfa 406ci, 356ci and 306ci. Uniquely, they come with superior paper handling and finishing capabilities normally available only on more expensive larger A3 devices. Up to 3,100 sheet paper tray capacity, double-sided printing, scanning, copying and faxing, and full finishing options make these devices unrivalled in the market. They are ideal for small to large workgroups who use a colour A3 MFP because of the functionality, yet print on A4 most of the time. The new KYOCERA devices, the TASKalfa 406ci, 356ci and 306ci,are all about allowing end users to digitise workflows in the simplest way. They have respective print speeds of 40ppm, 35ppm and 30ppm and come with up to 1,200 dpi for the best quality document output. The new devices can be configured to the needs of the department, from space-saving desktop models to five-tray floor-standing workgroup colour MFPs. All three devices can be easily integrated into existing workflows and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of any organisation. Kyocera's HyPAS apps improve security and usability easily from the control panel. Kyocera have optimised the new A4 MFP design to give high performance in environments where document output and finishing are key. Until now, this would have meant a big investment in an A3 device. There is no compromise on security or mobile printing capability which, coupled with reduced downtime, means businesses will quickly start to see saving from investing in Kyocera devices. All devices will be available from February 2016. Advanced new key features of TASKalfa 306ci include: fax available as an option; 4.3-Inch full colour touch panel and Home button provide ease of us; high speed controller with 1 GHz CPU and 1 GB memory; superior standard paper handling capabilities; 75-sheet reversal document processor with support of A6 scan; scan of banner pages via document processor; 500-sheet internal paper cassette supports up to 220 g/m²; duplex up to 100% print productivity, up to 220 g/m², custom size; 500 sheet output capacity for larger print/copy jobs; and outstanding paper handling options such as internal Job separator can separate incoming faxes from printouts, 5-bin mailbox or 300-sheet internal finisher with 50-sheet stapling, up to 3,100 sheet paper for high print volumes and up to 5 trays for highly flexible media type handling.
