TVGN (TV Guide Network) announced the appointment of Jessie Surovell as vice president, development and the promotion of Kristan Giordano to vice president, Original Programming, effective immediately. Both executives are based at TVGN’s headquarters in Los Angeles and report to Paul Adler, senior vice president, Original Programming and Development. Surovell joins TVGN from Shed Media US, where she previously served as executive director of development. At TVGN, she will be responsible for creating new original series for the network’s growing slate of programming. While at Shed Media, Surovell developed several hit broadcast and cable shows. Giordano most recently served as executive producer at the network. In her new role, she will oversee TVGN’s expanded lineup of current programming, which includes BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK, POPSUGAR NOW, THE STORY BEHIND series, TVGN-produced specials and live red carpet events. During her tenure at TVGN, Giordano has overseen more than 300 specials.

TV Guide Network has appointed Melissa Mangham as vice president of marketing and brand strategy, and Rich Browd as vice president and creative director. Stone Mangham and Browd, who most recently served in senior marketing roles at NBC Universal Cable Entertainment and MTV Networks respectively. Stone Mangham joins TVGN from NBC Universal Cable Entertainment's Style Network, where she served as vice president, Consumer Marketing and Partnerships.

TV Guide Network on December 9, 2013 appointed David Mandell as executive vice president and general counsel. Mandell, who most recently served as executive vice president and general counsel/corporate secretary at Mandalay Digital Group, will oversee all of TVGN's business and legal affairs, including corporate development, content distribution agreements, production and programming acquisition deals, as well as intellectual property rights.
