Carrier iQ and Symphony Teleca Corporation Collaborate to Enhance the Customer Experience Across the Internet of Things
Jan 6 15
Carrier iQ announced a collaboration agreement with Symphony Teleca Corporation designed to help customers leverage emerging IoT technologies and analytics. Mobile network operators and device manufacturers are increasingly launching customer experience programs that require intelligence sourced directly from mobile devices in order to deliver a more personalized consumer experience. This trend will only increase as the capabilities of the Internet of Things develop. The more quickly network operators and device manufacturers are able to understand how consumer-facing IoT devices perform through analytics, the better they can innovate, collaborate, improve consumer experiences, and enrich personal interactions - ultimately driving new revenue streams. Symphony Teleca and Carrier iQ are working together to address these needs by helping customers leverage emerging IoT technologies, and by using device-sourced analytics to quickly create optimized brand experiences. Carrier iQ’s Mobile Intelligence System leverages the power of big data and advanced analytics to improve the experience of mobile consumers. The company’s Mobile Intelligence System includes distributed device software that securely sources, aggregates, filters, and communicates metrics from millions of individual devices to Carrier iQ’s big data platform, where a variety of analytics transform those metrics into KPIs and actionable insights. Symphony Teleca will leverage its expertise in the development of advanced, embedded mobile device solutions, and provide consulting and rapid integration services that accelerate the deployment and adoption of Carrier iQ’s solutions.
