Church's Chicken is spreading its wings this Lenten season and offering a new Butterfly Shrimp Meal. The larger shrimp offering is full of flavor and available at all participating Church's® restaurants for a limited time. The seafood meals are available now and through April 5, 2015. The Butterfly Shrimp Meal features eight tender, marinated shrimp that are fried to a golden brown and served with Church's® signature honey-butter biscuit, fries and a tangy cocktail sauce. The Butterfly Shrimp replaces last year's popcorn shrimp.

Church's wildly popular Big Tex sandwich is about to get even more popular with the limited time offer of the Big Tex Club sandwich debuting. Church's Chicken Appoints Steve Davis as Chief Concept Officer

Cajun Operating Company (Church's Chicken) has named Steve Davis as its Chief Concept Officer. In his new role, Davis is responsible for all aspects of marketing for the brand, including the brand's overall global strategy and positioning as well as menu and concept innovations.
