Robert Elliott Leaves Linklaters as Senior Partner

Outgoing Linklaters senior partner Robert Elliott will become a consultant at the magic circle firm when he is replaced by M&A partner Charlie Jacobs next month. Elliott has been Linklaters' senior partner since 2011. Robert Elliott will stay on at the firm to advise his restructuring and insolvency clients with a particular focus on the Asian markets. Elliott worked alongside former managing partner Simon Davies for the majority of his five-year term, overseeing a number of partnership restructurings in the years following the global financial crisis.
