Daisy Group plc announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported revenue of £169,600,000 compared to £173,900,000 a year ago. Operating loss was £8,095,000 compared to £11,931,000 a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was £25,830,000 compared to £27,806,000 a year ago. Loss before tax was £12,112,000 compared to £14,995,000 a year ago. Loss after tax was £9,809,000 or 3.80 pence per basic and diluted share compared to £10,072,000 or 3.90 pence per basic and diluted share a year ago. Further to the announcement made by Chain Bidco plc on December 9, 2014 that it had acquired or had received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of, in aggregate, 261,230,066 Daisy Group plc's shares (representing approximately 97.85% of the total issued share capital of the company), Peter Dubens, Christina Kennedy, Laurence Blackall and Ian McKenzie have resigned as directors of the company with effect from December 19, 2014.

Daisy Group plc announced that Neil Muller will join as Chief Executive Officer in February 2015. Daisy Group founder and CEO Matthew Riley will become Executive Chairman. Neil is currently Computacenter's UK Managing Director, where he has worked for over 20 years. Neil's strong expertise in managed services will be instrumental to his role as Daisy CEO, in which he will focus on growth in the ICT space and managed services portfolio.
