Solutionreach and CareCredit Announce Partnership to Help Dentists Enhance Patient Relationships

CareCredit and Solutionreach, have partnered to implement new technology to help dental professionals optimize patient care, while improving office efficiency and increasing practice revenue. Practices that use Solutionreach will now automatically have access to a "CareCredit Edition" of the platform that integrates tools to coordinate CareCredit information with patient and schedule data. The CareCredit Edition integrates an in-dashboard view of patients' available "open-to-buy" CareCredit financing amount, enabling practice staff to swiftly supply the information patients need to understand their options and receive the best care possible. The new edition will also add CareCredit specific content to the library of templates and articles provided within the patient newsletter section of the platform, to help practices notify patients about services that can be financed with their available CareCredit.
