Viking Cruises Raises Consent Fee and Extends Consent Solicitation

Viking Cruises has increased the cash fee offered to holders of the Notes who validly consent and do not revoke such consents prior to the Expiration Date to $30.00 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes. The change is in connection with its consent solicitation to approve amendments to the indenture relating to its outstanding 8.50% Senior Notes due 2022, that in addition, Viking said it has extended the expiration date of the Consent Solicitation to 12 p.m., New York City time, on July 16, (such date and time, as the same may be extended, the "Expiration Date").

With a Viking Concierge available on-site at the hotel, travelers have a local host to help them make the most of their trip. New excursions for 2014 include: Bruges (3 nights; available with Rhine Getaway)-Recently named one of Condé Nast Traveler's most popular cities in Europe, Bruges offers some of Europe's finest dining, scenic squares set among medieval houses, charming bridges and beautiful canals. With the on-site Viking Concierge, travelers will feel right at home. Prices start at $699 per person; Kraków (3 nights; available with Elegant Elbe). In addition to exploring one of Poland's oldest and large cities long hidden behind the Iron Curtain, Viking's Concierge can help guests plan a visit to the moving site of nearby Auschwitz or the fascinating Wieliczka Salt Mine. Viking Cruises Orders More River Ships for 2014

Viking Cruises announced that it has increased its order for additional Viking Longships, bringing the total number of new ships launching in 2014 from 12 to 14 vessels. The increased order reflects the popularity of river cruising as the fastest growing-segment of the travel industry and the leadership position of Viking. By the end of 2014, Viking will have introduced a total of 30 new ships in a three-year period. The 14 new ships in 2014 will sail Viking's itineraries in Europe.
