Viking River Cruises Expands Fleet with twelve New Ships Christened in Europe

Viking River Cruises announced newest additions to its fleet of river cruise vessels at a simultaneous christening ceremony in Amsterdam and Rostock, Germany. The company christened a total of twelve new river vessels, including ten of its Viking Longships® and two custom vessels for the Elbe River. This event officially brings Viking's total river fleet size to 60. Ten of the new Viking Longships will be deployed on Viking's itineraries in Europe, including three of the most popular itineraries ‘ Grand European Tour, Romantic Danube and Rhine Getaway. Also, as a result of high consumer demand for the Elegant Elbe itinerary, the two new specially designed ships will double the company's capacity on the Elbe River for 2015.
Viking Cruises Raises Consent Fee and Extends Consent Solicitation

Viking Cruises has increased the cash fee offered to holders of the Notes who validly consent and do not revoke such consents prior to the Expiration Date to $30.00 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes. The change is in connection with its consent solicitation to approve amendments to the indenture relating to its outstanding 8.50% Senior Notes due 2022, that in addition, Viking said it has extended the expiration date of the Consent Solicitation to 12 p.m., New York City time, on July 16, (such date and time, as the same may be extended, the "Expiration Date").

New excursions for 2014 include: Bruges (3 nights; available with Rhine Getaway)-Recently named one of Condé Nast Traveler's most popular cities in Europe, Bruges offers some of Europe's finest dining, scenic squares set among medieval houses, charming bridges and beautiful canals.
