Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad Agrees to Renew Term of the Agreement with Konsortium ABASS

In the previous announcement, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad announced that Konsortium ABASS Sdn. Bhd. (ABASS) and Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB) had entered into an agreement in respect of the grant of the right for the abstraction of raw water. The agreement also provides that KDEB may, at its own discretion, grant renewals for further periods of 3 months each. In this connection, Perangsang Selangor announced that ABASS had received a formal notification from KDEB informing that KDEB had agreed to renew the term of the agreement for a further period of 3 months commencing from December 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015. All of the other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain valid and applicable for the renewed period. Perangsang Selangor will in due course make the necessary announcements when there are further developments in this matter.
