Three of Bartle Bogle Hegarty's senior creatives are leaving the agency amid a reshuffle. The creative directors Sam Oliver and Shish Patel, who have worked as a team since 1999, will leave BBH in the next couple of months, as will another creative director, Matt Doman. Details of their departure are still being finalised. It is understood that they do not have jobs to go to. Oliver and Patel joined BBH from Wieden & Kennedy in 2013. They have also worked at DDB London, where they created the 'Parallel Lines' campaign for Philips that won a Grand Prix at Cannes in 2010. Doman moved to BBH in 2010 from BMB with his creative partner, Ian Heartfield. Previously, at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, they created 'noitulove' for Guinness, which won a Film Grand Prix at Cannes in 2006 Heartfield will remain at BBH.
Bartle Bogle Hegarty Appoints Joakim Borgstrom to Lead Johnnie Walker Creative

Bartle Bogle Hegarty has hired Joakim Borgstrom as the creative director on its Johnnie Walker account. In his new role, Borgstrom will be the lead creative on the global Johnnie Walker business, which is famed for bold cinematic work. Borgstrom joins from Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where he was a creative director on Chevrolet, Doritos and Google. He was responsible for the SXSW 'now or never' campaign and the Doritos 360 degs work. He previously spent time at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam as an interactive creative director between November 2006 and February 2011, working with clients including Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, Electronic Arts and Nike.

Bartle Bogle Hegarty Ltd. has promoted Mel Exon to managing director, replacing Charlie Rudd, who takes the newly created position of chief operating officer. Exon was previously the joint chief digital officer alongside Lindsay Nuttall, who continues in the role. Exon now takes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the London shop. Rudd, who has worked at BBH for 15 years and has been the managing director since 2008, will now lead collaboration between the core agency business and BBH's new ventures. These include BBH's retail operation in Milton Keynes and the new BBH Sport division, which it launched in March with the former rugby player Lawrence Dallaglio. Exon and Rudd will continue to report to Ben Fennell, the chief executive of BBH.
