Lufthansa Technik AG has inked a comprehensive engine maintenance agreement with Jetstar Pacific. As per the deal, Lufthansa Technik will refurbish the V2500 engines in Jetstar Pacific s fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft. The three years contract will cover a total of 18 shop load events.
Royal Jet, Lufthansa Technik Sign BBJ Completion Deal

Royal Jet and Lufthansa Technik have signed an agreement for the completion of two B737-700 BBJ. The two projects will be completed at Lufthansa Technik’s VIP and Executive Jet Solutions site in Hamburg, Germany. The aircraft will be redelivered in third quarter and fourth quarter 2016. The cabin interior was done by the New York based designer Edése Doret, who is known for his elegant yet innovative designs. The VIP interior comprises a private master bedroom together with a fully equipped master bathroom as well as a large lounge area, business and economy class areas. Both aircraft, which can each accommodate 34 guests, will be equipped with the latest telecommunication and entertainment technology to meet the needs of the exclusive customer base of Royal Jet.
GoAir Extends Engine Support Contract with Lufthansa Technik

GoAir has announced extension of its engine support contract with Lufthansa Technik (LHT) to cover additional 18 of its CFM56-5B engines. The new agreement is set to expand the original Total Engine Support contract earlier signed in April 2014 covering 16 of the CFM engines. The decision to expand on its agreement with LHT is because of the growth in the size of its all-A320 family aircraft fleet which at present stands at 19.
