Gjørup family plans to sell 60% to 70% stake in Top-Toy A/S to EQT Partners AB for about DKK 1 billion, according to newspaper Berlingske.

TOP-TOY To Sell Stake In BR

TOP-TOY A/S intends to sell stake in BR Toys. Peter Grup, Managing Director of TOP-TOY, says the company wants to sell a stake of BR to a partner in order to become more competitive in Europe. According to the paper's sources, BR is valued at between DKK 2 billion and DKK 3 billion.
