Gulf International Bank Private Equity, formerly Saudi International Bank, is the investment arm of Gulf International Bank, a London-based investment bank. The GIB Private Equity arm seeks investments in mid- to later-stage companies in sectors including communication services and equipment, semiconductors, software, and enabling technologies. The fund will, however, consider investments in other sectors. GIB typically invests between $2 million and $7 million per transaction.
