GE Power Service Announces Executive Changes

Joseph J Anis is selected by GE Power Services as its chief executive officer for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Anis in his new role will be accountable for increasing the business with a focus on leveraging GEs Industrial Internet solutions. Anis has replaced Azeez Mohammed, who will now serve as CEO for GE Energy Connections Power Conversion unit based in Paris, France. In 2015, he was named vice president commercial for power services where he was in charge for delivering sales growth across its portfolio of product lines and commercial offerings, in addition to driving sales penetration with customers.

Alstom Grid Oy Appoints Jaakko Myllymaki as Unit Commercial Manager

Jaakko Myllymaki has been appointed Unit Commercial Manager for the Power Compensation Products business unit at Alstom Grid Oy in Finland, effective August 3, 2015. The unit engineers and manufactures products for reactive power compensation and harmonic filtering in the Tampere factory. Jaakko will be responsible for the sales of the business unit and he will also join the unit's management team. He will report in his position to the unit's managing director Timo Ala-Heikkila. During his career Jaakko has held sales and marketing director positions at Vaisala and Nokia Networks /NSN, as well as the Managing Director for Proxion Solutions Oy.
