Voxox Announces Three Channel Partner Program Promotions

Voxox announced that three of its channel partner program members have received promotions. Voxox's Joann Farrar, formerly senior channel manager, assumes the role of VP, agent channel; Joe Schiavone, formerly national channel manager, is now VP, dealer channel; and channel program executive, Tad Nikolich, formerly VP of business sales, is now SVP business sales. Farrar will focus on the company's master agents and sub-agents. Schiavone will support dealers who work with installations and tier one support. Nikolich will continue to oversee the business and wholesale sales effort, a key focus of which is the company's channel partner program and all related activities. Joann Farrar has 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She joined Voxox in 2009 to establish the small to medium-sized business and wholesale business sales channels. A recent addition to the Voxox channel team, Joe Schiavone has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in distribution channel development. With more than two decades of experience in building and top-performing sales teams, Tad Nikolich understands and enjoys the technology nuances that underpin the rapidly evolving telecommunication industry.
Voxox Promotes Two Team Members to VP Positions

Voxox announced that the company has further deepened its focus on the areas of customer service and user experience by promoting two team members to VP positions to lead and oversee growth in these departments. Chris Meyer, former director of user experience at Voxox, has been promoted to vice president of user experience. Tim Schuh, former director of customer experience, has been promoted to vice president of customer experience. In addition to these promotions, Voxox will be dedicating more resources to augmenting its customer service and user experience programs across its consumer application and small and medium-sized business (SMB) and enterprise offerings. Chris Meyer has 17 years of experience designing and marketing applications ranging from video, music, communications and social media. Prior to joining Voxox in 2013 as director of user experience, Meyer was the director of creative and user experience at Sorenson Media. Tim Schuh spent 16 years at Mitchell International. Schuh then joined Voxox in 2013 as director of technical customer services. Meyer and Schuh are based in the Voxox San Diego headquarters and will both be growing their teams over the months ahead.
