Sinopec Sales To Reportedly Pursue IPO

China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (SEHK:386) intends to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. The IPO will be held in Hong Kong, sources disclose. The list will fetch over $5 billion. Foreign media reports that China Petroleum plans to pick advisory banks for the IPO after Chinese Lunar New Year holiday in February, 2015.
