Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Shannon Landwehr didn't spend a single day as interim president and CEO of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore - she was promoted to the position full time before her predecessor departed. Landwehr was named the permanent CEO of the organization, replacing outgoing leader Tom Sadowski. She was s elected as the interim president and CEO on March 17. Sadowski is scheduled to leave in early May. Sadowski stepped down from his position which he held for eight years, to become the University System of Maryland's vice chancellor for economic development. Landwehr is currently the business advocacy group's executive vice president. She has been with the Economic Alliance since June, after spending time as an executive with Morgan Stanley.

Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore Announces Management Changes

The Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore has appointed Shannon Landwehr as interim president and CEO. Landwehr is currently the business advocacy group's executive vice president. She will replace CEO Thomas Sadowski, who said March 16, 2016, he will take on the role of vice chancellor for economic development for the University System of Maryland, effective May 2, 2016. Landweher has been with the Economic Alliance since June. She was previously an executive with Morgan Stanley.
