Brian McFarland Joins RGM Group as Chief Revenue Officer

Brian McFarland has joined RGM Group as Chief Revenue Officer responsible for overseeing revenue generation, client acquisition and managing RGM's global sales force. McFarland most recently served as Vice President for GumGum's Eastern Sales division where he grew revenue and doubled the sales force in just one year. He has spent 23 years building and re-building sales teams and growing revenue for top industry performers. At Rolling Stone and Men's Journal (digital) he effectively revived revenue for their digital, mobile and tablet efforts. At SAY Media, he generated over half of the global revenue from their eastern sales force. He also made his mark working with leading publishers including Muscle & Fitness, Good Housekeeping, Country Home and Business 2.0. McFarland will also oversee the growth of RGM's experiential business, which includes the successful Dine & Drive series that the organization has produced for its auto clients across the country.
Alex Baxter Joins RGM Group as CEO

RGM Group has hired digital media veteran, Alex Baxter, as CEO. Backed by RLH Equity, the move comes as RGM prepares to grow and diversify its interactive media business. As a senior digital executive, Baxter brings 14 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, business development, strategic alliances, distribution, and operations management. Prior to joining RGM, Baxter served as the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Media Officer for Competitor Group, a private equity backed sports media and events business that owns and operates digital properties, print magazines, a book publisher, and a global series of endurance sports events.

RGM Group announced the hiring of Brian Fisher as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Fisher will further expand RGM's market position in delivering custom designed, digital advertising solutions for the world's leading brands. Fisher is based out of RGM's New York office. Fisher joins RGM Group from the ABC Television Network where he served as the National VP, Digital Sales for six years. In this role, he was responsible for ABC.com, ABCNews.com, GMA on Y!, Oscar.com, SOAPnet.com and the Hulu Network. Prior to ABC, Fisher was with CNN, Looksmart, The Excite Network and McCann-Erickson. Fisher received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. In addition to Fisher, RGM has added Ryann McAllister formerly with the Weather Channel as Director of West Coast Sales in Los Angeles, and Lisa Blume formerly with Say Media as Director of East Coast Sales in Chicago.
