Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) received orders for buying 517 large C919 passenger aircrafts from 21 domestic and foreign buyers, including China International Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Hebei Airlines, Puren Airlines, City Airways, ICBC Financial Leasing, and Ping An International financial Leasing.
Export-Import Bank of China Signs Financing Agreement with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China

The Export-Import Bank of China has signed a CNY 50 billion financing framework agreement with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) to address the funds demand for research and development, manufacturing and sale of domestic civil aircraft. By far, the balance of credit extended by Export-Import Bank of China for the aviation industry reached about CNY 110 billion, which was used to support the foreign trade of over 700 aircraft. The Chinese lender will support the sale and exports of aircraft made in China.
Boeing Signs Deal to Set Up 737 Aircraft Final Assembly Plant in China

Boeing has entered into an agreement with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, according to which both companies will set up a 737 aircraft final assembly joint venture in China. This will be Boeing's first plant outside the US. The establishment of the JV will significantly expand cooperation between both companies and enable Boeing to increase its 737 aircraft capacity. Chinese airlines are expected to have an increasing demand for Boeing 737s.
