Voice of Truth Judge Dismisses Siri Suit

Siri, the Apple iPhone's voice-recognition system, may make mistakes, but Apple never promised it was infallible, a California federal judge has ruled. U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken dismissed a lawsuit by four iPhone customers who said Apple's advertising for Siri was false and misleading because Siri didn't understand their questions or locate places they asked about.
