Mabey Group Ltd. Key Developments

Mabey Group Launches SmartEdge System

Mabey Group has launched SmartEdge System, a new product to put affordable design into the heart of functional bridging. The Mabey SmartEdge System offers customers an unparalleled level of customisation to modular steel bridges and provides a low-cost way to add localised and bespoke graphics, logos and colours to any new or existing Mabey Compact 200 (C200). The SmartEdge System is a galvanised steel panel that can be tailored to a customer's specific needs. Offering a wide degree of customisation, the modular accessory attaches to the bridge deck at either side of the road section and clads the trusses. The first SmartEdge System was fitted in Digarolla, Sri Lanka, with Mabey's experienced team of CAD technicians designing and laser-cutting bespoke SmartEdge panels.
