The company was formerly known as First National Bank of Florida Keys and changed its name to Orion Bank in January, 2002. Orion Bank was founded in 1977 and is based in Naples, Florida. It has branches in Naples, Marco Island, Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Bradenton, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach, Florida.
