The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has named Sam Schulhofer-Wohl its senior vice president and director of research effective Nov. 1, 2013. Schulhofer-Wohl succeeds Kei-Mu Yi, who has been named special policy advisor to the president. Schulhofer-Wohl has been a member of the Minneapolis Feds research department since 2010, serving most recently as a senior research economist and advisor.
