Eaton Vance Management announced the launch of three new mutual funds sub-advised by Eaton Vance Management (International) Limited (EVMI): Eaton Vance International Small-Cap Fund - managed by Aidan Farrell, Vice President, Portfolio Manager; Eaton Vance Focused Global Opportunities Fund - managed by Christopher Dyer, Vice President, Portfolio Manager; and Eaton Vance Focused International Opportunities Fund - managed by Mr. Dyer and Samantha Pandolfi, Vice President, Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Eaton Vance International Small-Cap Fund, which commenced operations on December 16th, seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by attempting to exploit the breadth and relative inefficiencies of the international small-cap universe. The Fund looks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in high-quality or improving-quality companies that management believes are best placed to benefit from structural growth. Eaton Vance Focused International Opportunities Fund, which commenced operations on December 16th, seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in a focused portfolio of 25-40 non-U.S. stocks that management believes are high in quality or improving in quality. Eaton Vance Management Promotes Susan M. Brengle to Managing Director, Institutional

Eaton Vance Management announced that Susan M. Brengle has been promoted to Managing Director, Institutional, reporting to Matthew J. Witkos, President, Eaton Vance Distributors Inc. Effective immediately, Ms. Brengle will oversee institutional business development, consultant relations and relationship management efforts in the U.S. and Canada for Eaton Vance Management. She will continue to direct institutional relationship management efforts outside the U.S. Ms. Brengle will also be responsible for overseeing institutional business activities in the U.S. for Hexavest Inc. Ms. Brengle joined Eaton Vance in 2006 to lead relationship management across the institutional market for pension plan, insurance, corporate, healthcare, endowment and foundation clients in North America, Asia and Europe. Until 2010, she was also responsible for institutional product management. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Ms. Brengle spent 19 years at MFS Investment Management in a number of roles, including international business director, senior relationship manager and equity product specialist. She also served as a member of the institutional management committee. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in economics.

Eaton Vance Management (Eaton Vance) announced that Walter A. Row III, CFA, CMT, Vice President and equity portfolio manager, will retire from Eaton Vance on October 31, 2015. His fund management responsibilities are being assumed by other Eaton Vance portfolio managers Mr. Row joined Eaton Vance in 1996 as an equity analyst covering the healthcare sector. He was director of equity research from 2000 to 2007 and director of structured equity products from 2007 to 2014. Most recently, he was a team leader and portfolio manager on the global equity team. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, he served as an equity analyst and portfolio manager with State Street Research & Management. Mr. Row began his career as a financial consultant with Advest Inc.
