iCore Networks announced the impact their cloud-based unified communications service has had on their client, Pennrose. Prior to its relationship with iCore, Pennrose. They needed a dependable communications solution to effectively maintain their multi-location and multi-property network infrastructure, while reducing costs and providing on-going support, especially when it came to maintaining copper phone lines. iCore was able to provide Pennrose with a customized and unified solution that drastically simplified their equipment, vendor maintenance requirements, and cost. As the single telecommunications provider for Pennrose, iCore consolidated and unified all of the company's locations, created a streamlined approach to transitions, and for development of new locations. With little flexibility for downtime, iCore worked with Pennrose to quickly install 90 phones in under two hours at their Property Support Center location, which supports 90 employees. iCore's Project Management team has remained ever-vigilant in this multi-location install, as Pennrose has continued to rapidly expand, with new sites needed each and every month. The iCore team was able to install new sites in less than a week, and porting over existing sites takes a maximum period of two weeks. iCore Networks Opens New Office Facility in Philadelphia

iCore Networks announced that it has opened a new office facility in Philadelphia, PA, growing to 25 employees in that market. This latest expansion follows recent facility openings in other major national markets, including Atlanta and San Francisco as the company moves to serve its nationwide customer base. In the last twelve months, iCore has created over 100 new jobs throughout the country.
