They needed a dependable communications solution to effectively maintain their multi-location and multi-property network infrastructure, while reducing costs and providing on-going support, especially when it came to maintaining copper phone lines. iCore was able to provide Pennrose with a customized and unified solution that drastically simplified their equipment, vendor maintenance requirements, and cost. As the single telecommunications provider for Pennrose, iCore consolidated and unified all of the company's locations, created a streamlined approach to transitions, and for development of new locations. This proactive, lightning-fast turnaround capability, coupled with the high-quality, centralized service, and responsive customer approach is what has continually positioned iCore as a trusted partner for Pennrose.

ICore Networks, Inc. Announces Their New Applications on Demand Service Offerings
Oct 15 13
ICore Networks, Inc. announces that they are offering custom application development integration with clients' enterprise applications. As more and more organizations are moving towards a mobile workforce, the need to have applications easily accessible on mobile device is critical to today's working environment. The ability to access tools that improve communication, collaboration, and productivity among employees, customers and suppliers is therefore becoming increasingly vital. With the launch of iCore's custom application development integration service, the company is taking application on demand a step further. By allowing their clients to customize and tailor their applications to their needs while eliminating upfront capital costs associated with licensing and platform build out, such as API's for financial, CRM, HR and other vertical systems, iCore is building additional value, allowing clients to tailor views to what is important to each individual. Recently, iCore integrated their communication services with the JobDiva SaaS platform, a hosted ERP platform for the Staffing & Recruitment Industry. This integrated application increases efficiency and management of inbound and outbound calling. iCore has also developed a customized application that integrates with a user's call events and their profile, allowing statuses to show whether the person are trying to connect with is 'on the phone' or 'away.' This is a function that is integrated with a user's buddy list and can receive these status updates. Additionally, an example of a more sophisticated integration, iCore is developing a custom application, displaying call center data/statistics in a wallboard --style user interface. This modular wallboard interface will organize, group, and display real-time and interval-reported statistics from iCore's ACD, as well as include call center and agent statistics. As a result, this wallboard tool will drive increased visibility for customer-specific information and data through its robust integration platform and value-added capabilities. Custom application development integration is one of several new cloud-based solutions iCore has developed as part of their ever- expanding product road map based on customer input. iCore's current Workforce Mobility, Applications on Demand, Business Class Connectivity, and Virtualization offerings now enable customers to securely and immediately take advantage of on-demand cloud collaboration and applications. This includes integration with a variety of existing Custom CRMs that have been built by iCore customers for maximum utility and efficiency across their current systems. These solutions allow customers to easily pull records and reports for inbound and outbound calls, while managing their client relationships in a streamlined manner using a familiar system interface. Additionally, iCore's new application development integration solutions have brought expanded solutions for their clients in several other areas, such as Hosted Sharepoint, application delivery, and file sharing; all on a blend of public, private, and hybrid clouds. As enterprises continue to migrate to the cloud, iCore's extended product offerings provide instant and self-provisioning scalability, as well as enhanced cloud-based disaster recovery, business continuity and backup services essential to their growth and continued operational success. iCore has invested over $100 million in its cloud application service network and guarantees unparalleled uptime and reliability.
