Technogym S.p.A. Sets indicative price range for shares to be offered in initial public offering at €3.00 to €3.75 each. A total of up to 57.5 million shares, equivalent to 28.75% of Technogym's capital, to be sold in IPO. Arle Capital Partners Limited intends to sell 50 million shares, corresponding to 28.75% of the total share capital of Technogym and has granted the joint global coordinators an option to purchase up to 7.5 million additional shares under the greenshoe option. The offering is expected to commence upon completion of the review process by Italian stock exchange regulator Consob and is to conclude on April 28, 2016.

Technogym S.p.A.'s planned Milan initial public offering will entail Arle Capital Partners Limited selling at least 25% of its stake, the terms of the deal seen by Bloomberg News showed on April 4, 2016. The IPO will only include an offering of secondary shares on the Italian Stock Exchange, with a free float of at least 25%, as per Borsa Italiana’s requirement, the terms showed.
