National Bank of Commerce (Superior, WI) promoted three employees to senior vice presidents and added three members to its board of directors. Joye Bedard and Brad Roden were appointed as senior vice presidents and commercial bankers, while Jeremy Egnash was elevated to the post of senior vice president and finance director. Prior to their promotions, Bedard and Roden previously held the title of vice president and commercial banker, while Egnash was vice president and controller. Abbot Apter, Stephen Bick and Cheryl Meese joined the board of National Bank of Commerce on April 25. Apter is CEO and president of Duluth-based Mercury Investment.
