AIC Ventures Purchases 34,000 Square Foot Austin Headquarters

AIC Ventures has purchased the 34,000-square-foot Austin headquarters of Fox Service Co. in a sale-leaseback deal. The property is located at 4300 S. Congress Ave. Financial details were not disclosed. Fox signed a long-term lease upon closing. AIC has completed about $1.2 billion in 149 transactions in 30 states.
