Pragmatics announced the appointment of Michelle Geddes as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Geddes will provide strategic direction for employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training and development. She will report to Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman Kimmy Duong. Geddes joined Pragmatics in April 2014 as Director of Human Resources. Geddes will focus on talent acquisition and retention, performance management, policy and procedure design, training and development, and employee relations. She previously served as Director of Human Resources and Administration for ProSol, where she led the human resources, information technology, quality, security, and facilities areas.

In this role, Silver will lead corporate business development, encompassing capture, proposal development, and market research. He will report directly to Pragmatics CEO Dr. Long Nguyen. Prior to joining Pragmatics, Silver served as Strategic Capture and Proposal Manager and Managing Partner at Aperture Growth Strategies. Pragmatics Wins Contract to Support U.S. Army

Pragmatics has been awarded two task orders by the U.S. Army. The awards, made under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract for the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Enterprise Classroom Program, are valued at over $60 million. Pragmatics will continue to provide world-class audiovisual and distance learning services at more than 750 classrooms at Army installations nationwide. These facilities are used to train approximately 400,000 soldiers each year. Since 2011, Pragmatics has modernized over 1,300 classrooms, introducing digital design and infrastructure that will provide the best technology platform to meet the U.S. Army’s TRADOC 2015 classroom vision.
