Southeastern Oklahoma State University announced that Bryon Clark has been appointed vice president for academic affairs at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant. Mark Webb has been selected to serve as director of development at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Webb, the public address announcer for Savage Storm athletic events for 20 years, will begin his new duties on Nov. 2, 2015.
