Little Sheep Group Limited Key Developments
Little Sheep Group Limited Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year Ending December 31, 2013
Dec 12 13
Little Sheep Group Limited provided earnings guidance for the year ending December 31, 2013. The Board announced shareholders and prospective investors of the Company that the consolidated net profit attributable to the owners of the company for the year ending December 31, 2013 is expected to increase significantly as compared with the same for the year ended December 31, 2012. The increases in the revenue, the sales volume, and the gross profit during the three months ended September 30, 2013 were primarily due to the continuous increases in the demand for solar modules and solar glass. Such increases in demand continue during the fourth quarter of 2013. The substantial increase in the profitability of the Group in 2013 was primarily due to the following principal reasons:- the continuous increases in the demand for solar modules globally outside Europe, such as Japan, the U.S., and China, which drive the continuous increases in the demand for solar glass; the increases in the average selling prices of the Group's ultra-clear photovoltaic raw glass and ultra-clear photovoltaic processed glass; and the continuous increase in the sales volume of the Group as a result of increased level of demand for solar modules and solar glass in China.
