Zoho Teams Up with GoDaddy Inc

Zoho announced that it has teamed up with GoDaddy Inc., to give GoDaddy customers in the U.S. access to special deals on Zoho SalesIQ. This move makes Zoho's real-time website visitor insights and live chat software a convenient and cost-effective solution for GoDaddy’s small business customers looking to engage website visitors and turn them into customers. GoDaddy customers in the U.S. and GoDaddy Pro program members in participating English-speaking markets have access to an extended 60-day free trial of Zoho SalesIQ starting today. Additionally, GoDaddy Pro program members enjoy a 10% discount on their yearly subscriptions to Zoho SalesIQ. Facilitated by marketing technology company AdAgility, the GoDaddy-Zoho collaboration lets GoDaddy users tap Zoho SalesIQ features such as: Live chat: The live chat feature lets users engage with their website visitors, who can pose questions or request information. Access to chat history and visitor's insights (such as pages visited), helps agents have a contextual and more meaningful dialogue with the visitors. Real-time website visitors insights: With Zoho SalesIQ, users can gather insights about their website visitors in real time, like the pages they have visited and time spent on each page. They can also see which visitors have come for the first time, and which ones are repeat. Identify hot, warm and cold leads: Users can preset conditions to identify potential customers among website visitors. Based on the conditions--there are 20 combinations possible--Zoho SalesIQ will sort the visitors as hot, warm or cold leads, and give them scores indicating how likely they are to buy. The users can also access the list of all visitors, prioritized on their lead scores, when they are offline. Intelligent triggers: Users can set up automated triggers to increase engagement with the visitors. For example, users can set rules to make a chat window appear with the message 'How may I help you?' if a visitor stays on a page for five minutes or more. Actionable analytics: Users can gather actionable insights from their website visitors' data. They can segment visitor traffic based on geo-location, number of visits and past interactions, and also measure the performance of their intelligent triggers and tweak their messaging for optimal results. Integration with CRM, CMS, eCommerce, Help Desk and email campaigns: Users can store potential customers as leads in their CRM, including Zoho CRM, and be alerted when they return to the website. Zoho SalesIQ is integrated with more than a dozen CMS platforms and 17 eCommerce platforms. It is also integrated with many Help Desk software providers, including Zoho Support, email campaign apps like Zoho Campaign, social media like Facebook, and Analytic tools such as Google Analytics.

Site24x7 Announces Site24x7 Plugins

Site24x7 has announced Site24x7 Plugins. Available now, the new feature lets IT pros use third-party and custom-built plugins for detailed monitoring of their IT resources " all within the Site24x7 control panel. Site24x7 Plugins let users customize the set of monitored attributes for the hosts, devices, services, protocols, applications and all other resources in their environments, providing deep performance visibility into the entire application stack. Network and server administrators often require specific monitoring data that goes beyond the scope of vendors’ standard monitoring solutions. Acquiring such data typically requires users to extend the functionality of their existing tools with third-party and custom plugins designed to provide detailed monitoring metrics of individual resources. With Site24x7 Plugins, IT admins can now access that data using thousands of supported, pre-built plugins or create their own. Out-of-the-Box Plugins Support Site24x7 Plugins supplement Site24x7 monitoring with precise, resource-specific metrics that an IT team deems critical to the monitoring of its particular environment. For example, installing the Site24x7 MySQL plugin will let users analyze key details such as total number of used connections, number of slow queries, total aborted connections and other metrics needed to tune and troubleshoot apps that rely on MySQL. In addition to MySQL, Nagios and custom plugins, Site24x7 Plugins support a wide range of out-of-the-box integrations, including Redis, MongoDB, NGINX, HAProxy, ZooKeeper, WordPress, Apache and Memcached. Site24x7 Plugins will support additional modules going forward. All plugin data is passed through to the Site24x7 alerting and reporting engines, so users can set threshold values for individual attributes and configure alerts if values exceed the set limit.

Zoho Announces the Launch of Zoho Inventory

Zoho announced the launch of Zoho Inventory, its cloud-based inventory and order management software for retailers and businesses that sell online. Zoho Inventory automates inventory and fulfillment tasks to ensure the right products are in stock at the right time, in the right locations and that orders are filled quickly and efficiently. The new software also streamlines companies' back office and front office operations by integrating with Zoho's online accounting software, Zoho Books, and its customer relationship management application, Zoho CRM. Manage online and offline orders Zoho Inventory offers a centralized inventory from which users can manage both online and offline orders and stock levels across multiple channels. In turn, business owners can expand their reach and avoid a lot of the trouble that comes with multi-channel selling. The new service integrates with Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Etsy; so items, contacts and sales orders in those channels will be imported to Zoho Inventory. More, when a purchase is made in one channel, stock levels are automatically updated in all channels. When an item is packed and shipped, the status is updated in the corresponding channel. Works with Zoho's accounting software Zoho Inventory integrates with Zoho Books, the backbone of the back office that lies at the heart of Zoho finance solutions adopted by many retailers and online sellers. Zoho Inventory can leverage Zoho Books to ensure data integrity and eliminate duplicate data entry. The integration also provides Zoho Inventory users an integrated view of their business; so for instance, purchases from vendors and invoices for inventory made in Zoho Inventory are automatically recorded and reflected in Zoho Books. And with Zoho's CRM software Zoho Inventory also integrates with Zoho CRM, so all contacts, invoices, items and sales orders are reflected in both applications. This way, sales people know what stock is on hand and what is back ordered. The inventory insight ensures sales teams sell what they have and set customer expectations appropriately when selling items that are out of stock. Zoho Inventory also features a mobile app for iOS users that lets users find status updates of orders in real time, from anywhere. Pricing and Availability: Zoho Inventory, along with the iOS app, is available immediately for businesses.
