Zoho Launches Zoho Expense

Zoho unveiled Zoho Expense, the expense reporting software that automates business and travel expense management. Available immediately in web and mobile versions, Zoho Expense takes the hassles out of expense report management for sales reps, employees, managers and finance departments. Zoho Expense also works with the company's online accounting and customer relationship management applications " Zoho Books and Zoho CRM " to unify customers' front office and back office operations. Inside Zoho Expense: In most companies, expense reporting and reimbursement is dominated by challenges such as lost receipts, long processing time, and violations of expense policies. In turn, employees delay expense reporting for as long as possible, and managers let their desks pile up with expense reports waiting to be processed for reimbursement. Zoho Expense simplifies expense management for employees, managers, and back office staff with highlights such as: Automated expense recording: Users simply scan and upload their receipts using Zoho Expense, and the corresponding expenses are automatically created " no manual data entry required. Import credit card statements: Users who regularly use credit cards for business spending can integrate their banks in Zoho Expense and import their statements. Importing credit card statements lets users instantly convert selected transactions into expenses and avoid data entry. Faster approvals and reimbursements: Zoho Expense automatically notifies managers of expense report submissions. It also raises alerts for violations of company expense policies configured in Zoho Expense, so managers don't have to analyze each expense. Pre-integrated with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM: With the Zoho Books integration, expenses approved in Zoho Expense are automatically transferred and recorded in Zoho Books. With Zoho CRM integration, Zoho CRM users can be imported into Zoho Expense. Going forward, users will be able to create Zoho Expense entries directly from the Zoho CRM interface. Expense management on the go: For traveling employees, Zoho Expense is available now for Android, iOS and Windows Phone devices. The app uses the device's built-in GPS to let users track mileage when on the move, avoiding manual data entry. Users can also submit expense reports to managers while working remotely. Google Apps integration: Zoho Expense works with Google for Work to simplify expense reporting at companies that use Google's application suite. Pricing and Availability: Zoho Expense is available immediately as are the mobile apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

SYNETY Announces First Chrome Integration with Zoho CRM

SYNETY Group Plc announced its first CloudCall Chrome integration with Zoho CRM. Zoho's web-based CRM is SYNETY's first integration in respect of its CloudCall Chrome and CloudCall Sync technology. The integration will provide users with advanced telephony functionality from both their Zoho CRM and directly from their Chrome browser, which will now be enabled for click to call from any webpage, with call notes and call recordings to be synced back to the Zoho CRM. With more than 50,000 customers worldwide using Zoho, this partnership will provide SYNETY with the opportunity to provide its innovative CloudCall services to Zoho's significant user base from a range of industries including sales and marketing, support and collaboration, finance and recruitment.

WebNMS Launches Symphony Orchestration Platform

WebNMS announced the launch of the Symphony Orchestration Platform, a unified software suite for automation of service provider network operations. Symphony enables carriers and other service providers to efficiently transform existing static service offerings into dynamic services and introduce new SDN and NFV-based services as they mature. To meet the growing demand for dynamic network services, providers need solutions to transform their existing network and service management processes into orchestration systems that automate existing operations and rapidly incorporate new, on-demand services as the market evolves. Symphony eliminates operational silos by unifying all management functions across end-to-end, multi-vendor and multi-layer networks. Based on the WebNMS Framework, the unified Symphony Orchestration Platform enables efficient, automated provisioning of multiple existing services. The initial release includes Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) Carrier Ethernet and MPLS service solutions, and WebNMS plans to extend its solution library for other well-defined provider services. Symphony also includes a library of management protocols and multi-vendor equipment adapters to simplify integration with existing OSS/BSS systems and network equipment. REST APIs enable integration with SDN controllers and cloud orchestration applications for emerging SDN and NFV services. This unified network provisioning solution enables the second key component to orchestration -- workflow automation. As part of Symphony, WebNMS has introduced the Composer Workflow Framework that gives providers the capabilities to capture, design and automate unique workflows to orchestrate network operations. Composer helps operators free themselves from routine administrative tasks, including accelerating service fulfillment, assurance and maintenance through automation.
