Zoho launched Zoho Forms, an intuitive cloud-based application that enables non-programmers to create and share mobile and web forms. Available immediately, Zoho Forms securely captures mobile and web user data — like customer registrations, orders, surveys, and responses — and automatically stores it in the cloud, making it available from any device. Designed for the mobile world, Zoho Forms empowers sales, service, delivery and other mobile professionals to securely collect customer data right from their mobile devices and upload it to the cloud. Available on iOS and Android devices, the Zoho Forms mobile app offers unique flexilibity by enabling offline forms creation and data collection, invaluable in remote geographic locations, warehouses, and distribution centers. Forms and data are synced back to the cloud later, when the device has network access. Zoho Forms is the first app in the market that will let users create forms on a mobile device, back them up to the cloud, and access them from anywhere. Some critical capabilities: ease of Use – Users need no programming experience. They simply create forms by dragging and dropping fields in a form builder. They can even work offline and data will be auto-synced to the cloud when they are back online. Custom capabilities, like themes, provide branding opportunities. Zoho unveiled Zoho Expense, the expense reporting software that automates business and travel expense management. Available immediately in web and mobile versions, Zoho Expense takes the hassles out of expense report management for sales reps, employees, managers and finance departments. Zoho Expense also works with the company's online accounting and customer relationship management applications " Zoho Books and Zoho CRM " to unify customers' front office and back office operations. Inside Zoho Expense: In most companies, expense reporting and reimbursement is dominated by challenges such as lost receipts, long processing time, and violations of expense policies. In turn, employees delay expense reporting for as long as possible, and managers let their desks pile up with expense reports waiting to be processed for reimbursement. Zoho Expense simplifies expense management for employees, managers, and back office staff with highlights such as: Automated expense recording: Users simply scan and upload their receipts using Zoho Expense, and the corresponding expenses are automatically created " no manual data entry required. Import credit card statements: Users who regularly use credit cards for business spending can integrate their banks in Zoho Expense and import their statements. Importing credit card statements lets users instantly convert selected transactions into expenses and avoid data entry. SYNETY Announces First Chrome Integration with Zoho CRM

SYNETY Group Plc announced its first CloudCall Chrome integration with Zoho CRM. Zoho's web-based CRM is SYNETY's first integration in respect of its CloudCall Chrome and CloudCall Sync technology. The integration will provide users with advanced telephony functionality from both their Zoho CRM and directly from their Chrome browser, which will now be enabled for click to call from any webpage, with call notes and call recordings to be synced back to the Zoho CRM.
