Franklin Savings Bank Announces Management Changes

Franklin Savings Bank has added a branch manager to its main office, bringing up a veteran branch manager, and also promoted two other lenders. Shelley Deane, senior vice president, human resources and administration, announced that Lorna Durrell Niedner has been named vice president, retail and consumer lending, and branch manager at the bank's main office in Farmington. Niedner has been with Franklin Savings Bank for 28 years, progressing from positions in the loan department and customer service through to becoming a lender and, eventually, the manager of the Jay Branch. She was promoted to vice president in 2013. She lives in Livermore with her family and is active in the greater Jay, Livermore Falls and Livermore communities. Lender Diane Jackson will replace Niedner as Jay's branch manager. Jackson has been with Franklin Savings Bank nearly nine years. She came to the bank with a strong banking and management background. She manages and serves as the underwriter for the bank Home Equity Loan Program, which is serviced at the Jay Branch, and works closely with Jay loan staff and the main office. In addition, Franklin Savings Bank has promoted Lindsay Coolidge to loan officer at the Farmington office. Coolidge started working at the bank in 2002 as a customer service representative. Hargreaves, who has been with Franklin Savings Bank for 12 years, has developed the position of workout and collections officer for the bank during the past several years.
