Fidelity Technologies Corporation won two 2015 contracts to support Naval aircraft training devices over the next five years. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) awarded Fidelity's Field Services division with an $11 million contract to support E6B training devices located at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The second $11.4 million contract, also awarded by NAWCTSD, supports the E2C, E 2D and C2 aircraft training devices at Naval station, Norfolk, Virginia and Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, California. The E6B task order is comprised of Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), as well as Contractor Instructor Services (CIS) and Quick Response Modifications (QRM). The contract supports the TAke Charge And Move Out (TACAMO) mission, a system of survivable communications links designed to be used in nuclear war to maintain the communication between decision makers and the country's strategic nuclear weapon delivery systems. E6B COMS provides labor, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, test equipment and transportation necessary to operate and maintain training systems/equipment in optimum operational condition. The CIS portion includes utilizing simulators, training devices, classroom and other training methods to develop tactical proficiency. QRM support will administer quick, comprehensive response to both hardware and software modifications and upgrades to the training devices. The E2C task order provides COMS support with preventative maintenance, daily readiness testing, operational support, training device readiness/availability, corrective maintenance, inventory management, repair/replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial support and all administrative/management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state and local policies and procedures. CIS services will also be provided at the Point Mugu, California location.
