TracyLocke Announces Management Changes

TracyLocke announced two new senior hires demonstrating the company's commitment to the vital role of digital in designing innovative brand experiences. Jonathan Jeter has joined the company as director of technology services. In this new role, Jeter will lead the agency's internal development teams and will manage all relationships with shopper technology vendors. Prior to the company, Jeter worked at Dex Media as Senior Manager of Web Development, where he was responsible for leading the digital development team. In addition, Mary Kotyuk has joined TracyLocke as Strategy Director of Digital Shopper Marketing, where she will be tasked with ensuring that digital is seamlessly integrated into all of the agency's work. With a career-long pedigree in this crucial area of the shopper discipline, she brings deep retailer knowledge to the company. She previously served as Director of Marketing Activation at Momentum Worldwide, responsible for evolving their digital shopper marketing into a major strategic initiative.

TracyLocke Announces Executive Changes

TracyLocke announced its new leadership structure with key staff promotions. In order to meet the demands of new international growth at the company, Hugh Boyle, Chief Executive Officer has promoted both James Verna and Mike Bartlett to the new role of Managing Partner. Verna, a 17-year veteran of the company, will be steering the international growth of the agency. Bartlett, entering his 11th year with the agency, will continue to drive the company's 30-plus-year partnership with the beverage and snack giant PepsiCo. In addition, Kyle Cleary, will take on the responsibility for leading the company's recently expanded Chicago office. Cleary joined TracyLocke in 2005 and he most recently served as Client Service Director on the Gatorade and First Data businesses. The company's network continues to expand internationally and in the U.S. now includes significant operations in Dallas, Wilton, New York, Chicago and Seattle. In order to oversee the rapid expansion of the company's global footprint, Boyle has named Maria Zanghetti as Executive Vice President of Network Operations. With over 20 years of multi-category retail marketing success, Zanghetti's operational experience will be key to managing the company's expansion. Shaleen Sharma, Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Wireframe with an experience of 16 years, working across places like Boston Consulting Group, Mindshare, JWT etc. has joined TracyLocke as Vice President - Strategic Planning & Analytics. Shaleen would be reporting to Sameer Mehta, Head- Business & Operations, TracyLocke and would be the lead strategist across the agency's clientele and service offerings that include shopper marketing, trade marketing and retail solutions. Shaleen is currently working on the development of a qualitative tool that reveals human needs and motivations and places them in a contextual and cultural framework.
