Solix Inc. announced the addition of two key executives as part of its ongoing commitment as a market leader in providing expert-driven services to its customers. Bill Ingersoll joins Solix as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. A veteran with more than 25 years of experience in Information Systems, Ingersoll comes to Solix from The Casey Group where he served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, and managed myriad technology projects. Donna Boyce comes to Solix to serve as the company's Director of Recovery Programs. An expert in managing programs designed to provide housing assistance to those affected by natural disasters or economic difficulties, Boyce joins Solix after most recently serving as the Director of Sandy Housing Recovery Programs at the Community Development Corporation of Long Island. In that role, Boyce was responsible for training case managers for rebuilding opportunities utilizing Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief (CDBG-DR) funding.

Solix Inc. announced several organizational changes for the Board and the company following its Annual Meeting: Mr. G. Edward Evans, Chief Executive Officer of Inteliquent, announced he was stepping down as the company's Chairman of the Board but would continue to serve the body as a director. Mr. Evans became a member of the Board in 2007. Mr. Gualberto "Gil" Medina, an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and a Board member at Solix since 2007, was elected as the new Chairman. Mr. Medina had been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board at the company. The Board elected Mr. Robert Gaida, former Vice Chairman and Managing Partner at BDO Seidman, to succeed Mr. Medina as its Vice Chairman. Mr. Gaida has been a member of the Board since 2012. The Board also announced that the final phase of the company's succession plan will occur at the end of the 2013 when Mr. Parry retires as CEO. He will be succeeded by Mr. Jack Miller on January 1, 2014. Mr. Miller has been serving Solix as its President and Chief Operating Officer since 2011. Mr. Parry was elected to lead Solix in 2004. Before joining the company in 2001, Mr. Miller had more than 20 years of experience in a variety of senior strategic planning, business development, and operations positions at Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
