The group home in Davis has laid off another 42 employees after the last of its young clients left the facility. EMQ FamiliesFirst said it will 'suspend operations' at its residential treatment program and non-public school as it grapples with the loss of its operating license. The organization hopes to reopen the group home but it obviously has to work through the licensing issues first.
