CTIA Announces Executive Promotions

CTIA announced two promotions of senior staff, effective immediately. Jamie Hastings is now its Senior Vice President of external and state affairs, a newly created position. She will continue to report to President and CEO Meredith Attwell Baker. Jim Schuler has been promoted to Vice President of external and state affairs and will continue to report to Ms. Hastings. In her new role, Ms. Hastings will be responsible for the association's interaction with state and local government agencies as well as external affairs outreach efforts. Meanwhile, Mr. Schuler will lead the third party and grassroots efforts in addition to the state regulatory unit.

Tose, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board, TeleCommunication Systems Inc. to its 2016 Executive Committee, effective January 1, 2016, for a one year term.
