Macaulay-Brown, Inc. Wins Navair Ordering Agreement to Support Cyber Warfighting Capabilities

Macaulay-Brown, Inc. announced that it was awarded a multi-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Cyber Warfare Detachment (CWD) initiative, in order to provide a full spectrum of cyber warfighting capabilities for Navy aircraft, weapons, and related aviation systems and subsystems including ashore and afloat enterprise systems. NAVAIR CWD develops and assesses cyber warfare capabilities for mission assurance, and to defend weapon and support systems including aircraft, unmanned vehicles, sensors, and corresponding maintenance, communications, and logistic systems. NAVAIR’s strategy is to develop the cyber workforce, invest in infrastructure and research, and establish standards and best practices for future cyber acquisitions.

Macaulay-Brown, Inc. Plans to Open New Wright Innovation Lab

MacAulay-Brown, Inc. announced that the opening of its new Wright Innovation Lab will take place during the company’s Oktoberfest celebration on October 20, 2016 at its Dayton headquarters office. The newly-constructed lab, which was designed and created by its Advanced Technology Group (ATG). The Wright Innovation Lab was established to support the warfighter capabilities needed by MacB’s Electronic Warfare (EW) customers to execute specific mission requirements, especially for multiple U.S. Air Force programs at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and other Research and Development (R&D) locations. Specialized Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) personnel will focus on the design, integration, and testing of prototype sensor systems and subsystems. In addition to the new construction, MacB also converted existing office space for its Analysis Processing Lab (APL) and small-scale Anechoic Chamber, thus expanding overall technical capabilities at the Dayton facility. Combined, both new and converted spaces will be used to develop next generation engineering talent, meet future Department of Defense (DoD) weapon system capability requirements, and satisfy a growing demand from area customers.

MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Partners on Air Force Task Order for Special Operations Forces Directorate

MacAulay-Brown, Inc. announced that the company has been awarded a task order for the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). MacB is partnering with Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, LTD on a contract valued at $51 million over five years. A majority of the work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton.
