ThoughtSpot integrates its technology with the independent Relevance Cloud platform, which provides the most complete personalization solution for large retailers. The partnership enhances the Relevance Cloud with new analytics technology to rapidly gauge the impact and effectiveness of personalization and fine-tune omnichannel programs for maximum performance. Relevance Cloud business users can now search to analyze complex omnichannel data (online, offline, on-premise CRM, third-party) through an intuitive search interface similar to consumer search engines. The industry-first integration allows companies to cut through marketing and data silos to easily access personalization data; understand KPIs by channel, campaign and program; and orchestrate more effective omnichannel programs.

RichRelevance appointed two new executives to lead its sales and client services organizations. MK Marsden, a veteran of Epsilon, Acxiom and Novell, has joined as Senior Vice President of Sales Americas. Amanda Berger, who previously held leadership roles at Guidance Software and MicroStrategy, has been named Senior Vice President of Client Services. Berger and Marsden are immediately responsible for accelerating the strategic adoption of enterprise personalization as companies strive to deliver better customer experiences at the scale of global commerce. Marsden brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership in retail, CPG and platform sales to the RichRelevance executive team. Marsden most recently served as Head of Global Marketing and SVP of Sales Excellence Center at Epsilon. She previously held executive positions at Acxiom and Novell. For the past 17 years, Berger has built and run highly successful consulting and professional services organizations focused on implementing methodologies that help customers adopt new technologies to optimize business processes. At RichRelevance, she will assume full responsibility for consulting, education and technical support organizations across the company’s nine global offices. Berger joins RichRelevance from Guidance Software, where she significantly grew revenue and profit as Vice President of Worldwide Services.
RichRelevance and HookLogic Establish Strategic Partnership to Expand Retailer Media Programs

RichRelevance and HookLogic have partnered to expand retailer media programs using the Relevance Cloud™ personalization platform. With this new partnership, retailers working with HookLogic and RichRelevance can now incorporate sponsored products alongside product recommendations to grow paid media revenue from the brands they sell. The Relevance Cloud enhances the sponsored product listings with advanced personalization logic to deepen customer engagement and extend customer lifetime value for retailers and brands. In addition, both companies have agreed to jointly develop a set of advanced media functionality that will further extend the sophisticated personalization features already available in the Relevance Cloud. Additional news facts: More than 220 retailers use the Relevance Cloud to power personalized content, offers and product recommendations to shoppers across web, mobile and store. Forrester Consulting recently found that the Relevance Cloud personalization platform delivers revenue increases of at least 10% and over $400,000 in annual maintenance savings. Thousands of the consumer product brands use HookLogic’s platform to reach shoppers, drive traffic to product pages and attribute the resulting sales. HookLogic’s brand advertisers experience dramatic increases in product pageviews and sales of their products. The partnership extends use of the Relevance Cloud to enable brands working with HookLogic to increase visibility on more ecommerce sites than ever before, within RichRelevance’s product recommendations, by sponsoring relevant products for consumers. Through the Relevance Cloud, algorithms ensure that customers continue to receive highly relevant product recommendations, and sponsorship of products is clearly communicated to ensure an authentic experience that keeps shoppers within the retailer’s site.
