CSC Opens New Global Headquarters in Wilmington

CSC announced unveiling of its new global headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. The new headquarters is part of a significant investment by CSC in its lines of business, its employees, and the state of Delaware. The new headquarters is a 148,000-square-foot facility that sits on nearly 40 acres in Wilmington at the corner of Lancaster Pike (Route 48) and Centerville Road. The main headquarters houses CSC’s chief executives, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Account Management, Fulfillment, IT, and Technology Solutions groups. Poised for continued growth, the new CSC headquarters campus brings technology and modern workspaces to CSC’s employees and business operations-featuring amenities that make it a premier office building, including: Varied, flexible workspace options, including sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs, semi-enclosed work pods, open collaboration zones, outdoor seating, and more; Under-floor air system with automated mecho shades and noise cancelation system; Enhanced and outdoor Wi-Fi for extended mobility options; Unique dining, celebration, and social spaces-including a multi-level cafeteria with healthy food options, a pizza oven, a salad bar, and grab-and-go options; Fully equipped fitness center and exercise room; A green roof, several sun decks, and four-acre meadow with a 1.4 miles of walking trail. CSC also purchased the Marvel Building, named for co-founder Josiah P. Marvel, across the street from the headquarters at 2801 Centerville Road, which is home to the sales teams and the Digital Brand Services division. The Marvel Building also follows the new CSC global workspace standards. The announcement of the new headquarters follows CSC’s recent major rebrand. CSC launched a new brand and visual identity that is reflected throughout the new space.

Corporation Service Company Extends its eRecording Capabilities to ISGN’s GATORS® Customers

Corporation Service Company announced the integration of its services with ISGN’s GATORS—a full-service settlement service and vendor management system in the industry. This partnership with CSC means that ISGN users, via the company’s GATORS Settlement & Vendor Management Solution, now can link seamlessly with CSC’s secure, web-based real estate eRecording services, and transmit electronic documents to jurisdictional recording offices throughout the nation—quickly, securely, and cost effectively. The CSC and GATORS integrated systems will allow clients to eRecord documents more efficiently, as it eliminates some of the steps and keystrokes required in the traditional eRecording process. The integration will also automatically return recorded documents and the recording data to the client’s GATORS account.

Corp. Service Company named Ian McConnel chief risk and compliance officer, responsible for overseeing the company's international risk management and regulatory compliance. McConnel joined CSC in 2014 as assistant general counsel and director of Government Affairs. During his tenure, he has managed and developed CSC's government relations efforts and provided legal guidance to the company's business units.
