Newbridge Bank Announces Expansion of Commercial Treasury Services Capabilities

NewBridge Bank has announced the expansion of its commercial treasury services capabilities with three new strategic partnerships. NewBridge Bank has also hired additional treasury services professionals to complement its existing team and fulfill a new treasury services delivery model for onboarding and servicing clients. Working in conjunction with a provider of treasury services, NewBridge Bank will provide comprehensive solutions for business collections, payments, and cash position management that complement its existing treasury capabilities. It will enable clients to access these services across a wider US geography. Enhancements will include a nationwide lockbox network, with access to healthcare receivables processing, electronic lockbox and purchasing cards with advanced online reporting, controls and custom supplier onboarding support. The Bank has also announced a partnership with Dunbar Armored to provide its Cash Manager Safe product, as well as traditional vault services, to businesses. The Dunbar Cash Manager Safe solution, with on-site pickup of cash receipts, allows businesses to increase productivity by reducing trips to a bank, reducing risk of loss or theft, and accelerating credit and availability of cash receipts to their accounts. Additionally, NewBridge Bank has partnered with NetSpend to provide the Skylight PayOptions Program, an innovative, secure and convenient payroll card solution that assists organizations in achieving 100% paperless payroll for employees. Clients who process payroll using the Skylight PayOptions Program will benefit from an affordable, easy to implement, and secure payroll solution that provides a trustworthy alternative for employees who do not have a traditional bank account.

NewBridge Bank Establishes Charleston Office; Appoints Daniel S. Vroon Head of Charleston South Carolina Branch

NewBridge Bank has established its banking office in Charleston South Carolina and plans to develop a full-service branch to open in the first quarter of 2015. Staffed by a team led by Daniel S. Vroon. Upon completion of office renovations, Vroon and his team will relocate to the bank's permanent location at 865 Island Park Drive on Daniel Island.

NewBridge Bank announced that it has appointed Trent Wall as senior vice president and Winston-Salem city executive; Edwin Bland as senior vice president and commercial banker; Bryan Lunsford as vice president and commercial portfolio manager; Amber Westberg as sales assistant; Patrick Simpson as vice president and small business administration, or SBA, business development officer. All five teammates will be headquartered at the company’s Winston-Salem office at 161 S. Stratford Rd. Trent Wall has 13 years of financial services experience, with the last ten being in Winston-Salem. In his position with the company, he will be responsible for managing and further developing the client portfolio for the area.
