Serco Inc. announced the company has been awarded a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Price Fighters contract to provide cost, price and engineering analyses for the U.S. Navy. The contract has a $20 million ceiling value over a one-year base period and 3 one-year options plus a six-month option period. Under the contract, Serco will continue providing engineering-based cost analysis supporting the Navy, Army, Air Force, and DoD in negotiating lower prices on weapons systems and parts, saving taxpayer dollars in the process. The Price Fighters program was established to support Federal government acquisition officials as they made critical procurement decisions. Serco has been providing critical, mission-essential acquisition support on a wide range of major DoD weapons systems for 20 years, and the company's efforts have generated over $1 billion in cost savings.
Serco Inc. Wins $187 Million Award for Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Control Contracts

Serco Inc. announced the award of two contracts to continue its 20-plus years of supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Contract Tower (FCT) Program. Serco will provide air traffic control specialists, safety managers, and program management services in support of 58 Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs) in 11 western states, including Alaska, California and Colorado. The two five-year contracts each have one base year and four one-year option periods, with a combined value of $187 million, if all options are exercised. Under these contracts, Serco's Air Traffic Controllers will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of commercial, general aviation and military aircraft on the airport and in the airspace surrounding the airport. The Company will also provide risk management, quality assurance and program management to meet FAA service standards and quality metrics. Serco will utilize its Aviation Safety Management System to improve safety and mitigate risks in the National Airspace System. As part of Serco Group, one of the large contracted providers of Air Navigation Services worldwide, the company is responsible for more than 960,000 miles of airspace and handles more than seven million aircraft movements a year. Serco employs more than 700 air traffic control specialists at over 75 airports - located in the U.S., U.K. and Middle East - who help maintain flight safety. In the US, the company has also been honored with the Willie F. Card Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract Tower Award at towers in Lewiston, ID, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, AZ, Jackson Hole, WY, Goodyear, AZ, and San Luis Obispo, CA.
Serco Wins $42 Million Navy Identification Card Administration Contract

Serco Inc. has been awarded a contract with the Navy Personnel Command to provide Identification Card Administration (ICA) at 67 military sites around the world. This task order was awarded under the SeaPort-e contract vehicle and Serco was selected from 12 teams bidding on the contract. The four-year contract has a one-year base period and three one-year option periods, with a value of $42 million, if all options are exercised. This re-competed contract enables Serco to continue verifying entitlement to and issuing identification cards to eligible active duty, reserve, retiree and contractor personnel, as well as eligible family members. The Company will deliver all project management requirements and will staff field offices throughout the United States, Hawaii and Guam. Under the previous contract awarded in 2009, Serco has provided services to over 4 million customers and has issued over 1.5 million Common Access Cards (CAC).
