National Association of Broadcasters Promotes Curtis Legeyt to Executive Vice President, Government Relations

National Association Of Broadcasters announced that Curtis LeGeyt, NAB senior vice president, Public Policy,
has been promoted to executive vice president, Government Relations, where he will oversee all advocacy efforts
of the department. LeGeyt will replace Kelly Cole, who announced earlier that she is leaving NAB on Aug. 14, 2015,
to launch an independent consulting firm.

National Association Of Broadcasters (NAB) announced that Dave Lougee, President of TEGNA Media, has been unanimously elected as NAB joint board chairman. Lougee takes over from Charles Warfield, senior advisor of YMF Media LLC, whose term expired. Brian Lawlor, senior vice president of The E. W. Scripps Company, was elected as NAB Television Board Chairman, succeeding Lougee in that position. Jordan Wertlieb, president of Hearst Television, was elected first vice chair of the Television Board and Marci Burdick, senior vice president of Broadcasting and Cable at Schurz Communications Inc., was elected as second vice chair. Mitch Rose, senior vice president of Government Affairs at NBCUniversal, will be assumed the designated network seat on the executive committee. José Valle, president of Political & Advocacy Sales, Univision, was elected Radio Board Chair by the NAB Radio Board. Pat Walsh, COO, Emmis Communications Corporation, was elected to the Radio Board's major group representative seat.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced that NAB Radio Board Chairman Don Benson named five appointees to the NAB Radio Board, with the approval of the NAB Joint Board Chairman Charles Warfield. Filling five vacancies on the Radio Board and appointed to two-year Board seats effective June 2015 are: Caroline Beasley, Executive Vice President and CFO of Beasley Broadcast Group; Naples, FL John Dickey, Executive VP of Content and Programming of Cumulus Media Inc; Steve Fisher, CFO and EVP of Operations of Entercom Communications; Bala Cynwyd, PA Scott Herman, Executive VP of Operations of CBS Radio; Jeff Warshaw, CEO of Connoisseur Media LLC.
